RETURN (WITHDRAWAL)

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale of products purchased in the store herowear.pl within 14 days of their receipt, under the rules described in the Law of 30.05.2014. On consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014 No. 827).

In case of withdrawal from the sales contract:

Returns sent by postal letter are left at the post office, the letter carrier does not take them because of their dimensions, and often no advice note is left for collection. If you choose to ship via the Polish Postal Service, please use registered mail.

GRYZIO.COM store is not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address.

The return must be well protected, properly packed – in the cardboard box in which it was delivered, as well as in a foil pack. The return form should be correctly filled out and include: the names of the returned goods, the correct prices (including the discount, if any), and the total amount to be returned. The account number must be provided only for download and traditional transfer. Lack of detailed information on the form may delay the procedure for accepting returns.

IMPORTANT

We do not accept return packages sent COD or parcel post.
It is also not possible to return the goods in person.

• Any returned product should be properly packaged and protected. It must not bear any signs of use: NEGLIGENCE, BREAKING, MECHANICAL DEFECTS.
• The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer – we only refund the cost of the goods. The amount for the return will be reduced by the shipping costs.
• Transaction refunds are processed by the same payment method that was selected when placing the order within 14 days of receiving the refund. In the case of cash on delivery payment, the refund is made by traditional transfer to the account number provided.
• We reserve the right to inform you of the acceptance of the return up to a maximum of 48 hours from the date of delivery of the return shipment to the address of our company.

he exchange procedure involves sending back the selected goods for return and placing a new order at the same time. We would like to inform you that the return process will be unchanged, and you will have to pay for the new order.
